Transparent rules regarding booking cancellations, unfulfilled slots, and refunds.
1. Unfulfilled Slot Guarantee (100% Full Refund)
In the event that our local desk is unable to purchase the official ticket on soutickets.in due to official sold-out capacity, technical downtime, or gate closure, a 100% full refund will be immediately initiated to your original payment method.
2. Customer-Requested Cancellations
Cancellations requested by the customer before official ticket issuance will be processed with a full refund. Once official tickets are generated by the government portal, official SOU campus non-refundable ticket rules apply.
3. Refund Timeline
Online gateway refunds (UPI / Cards) are credited back to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. Manual UPI / Bank transfer refunds are processed on the same day by our desk team.
